Challenge

GPU buyers and the teams building with AI rarely met outside cold outreach and crowded trade shows. We needed a way into real conversations with the people buying compute.

What I did

I created Compute Connect, a meetup series that puts AI compute buyers and sellers in one room. Formats ran from fireside chats at SF Tech Week to Saturday yoga and sauna events, in San Francisco and Berlin.

Result

5 editions in 90 days and 500 registrations at $36 per ICP contact. The series opened 10 GPU opportunities and millions in net-new open pipeline.

Why it matters

Human connection opens doors that automated outbound can't. Compute Connect turned that idea into pipeline.
